Liked our stay, had wonderful 3 days overall. We were upgraded to apartment with kitchen above on check in. Everything was excellent as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was extremely small.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

It was a little place, had pleasant staff on shift. The location was magnificent and incredible for traveling around Istanbul, close enough to an endless stream.

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff on shift. As for me, the location was perfect and incredible, just next door to blue mosque for a chill night, marmara sea and an endless stream in Turkish.

The hotel was right by unwelcoming alley, an endless stream and all the attractions and all nice restaurants in old city thanks to its marvellous location.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, situated in a calm area in Sultanahmet, close to all the main attractions such as the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. The hotel had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, which was mesmerizing. The rooms were modern and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, where I could enjoy delicious food with a stunning view of the city.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any areas that needed improvement.

We loved the central location of this hotel - so convenient for exploring the city's sights and attractions. The owner, Kidir bey, and manager, Recep bey, were incredibly helpful and attentive. We also appreciated the free taxi service to the Turkish baths. The breakfast, served by the lovely nana, was delicious and included a variety of options. The staff, especially Haldun, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were even upgraded to a suite thanks to Haldun's excellent customer service. our stay at this hotel was excellent and we highly recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of the Old Town. This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail was evident in the spacious rooms, some of which even had an additional sofa for added comfort. The location was perfect, situated in a very calm area in Sultanahmet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful individuals who made me feel right at home. The basic amenities were all available and the rooms even came with a kitchenette, making it convenient for longer stays. However, the highlight of my stay was the breakfast served on the top floor. It not only offered a wide variety of delicious food, but also provided stunning views of the Bosporus. It was truly a treat to start the day with such a great view.

The Spinel Hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a calm area of Sultanahmet is perfect for exploring the city, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Bosphorus is absolutely delightful.

The hotel is situated in a slightly tricky location to find, but once you do locate it, you'll be rewarded with a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful Easter holiday at this cozy hotel! the kind-hearted staff made all the difference with their warm welcome and helpful tips. Really appreciated the two complementary treats on arrival and departure, which were a lovely touch. the location couldn't have been better - a stone's throw from all the famous sites and many great restaurants just around the corner. the rooftop terrace with great views was an extra bonus, especially for breakfast.

A few negatives, which are mostly, to do with the room size and facilities. the room was a bit on the small side, but enough for our needs.

Located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. It's quite convenient and in the heart of the city. The rooftop breakfast spot has a beautiful view. Rooms come with all the basic amenities, and they are cleaned daily.

The staff could have been more helpful with directions to the hotel, as it's difficult to locate.
